Old dorms turned into motel rooms. Solid concrete walls. Beds are comfortable and the ac worked great. There is no maid service on the weekends and the little breakfast is not very good at all. They only had cold cereal, stale bread, old fruit, and juice. For $150, I would expect more. Location was good.
Positive: good location, has a large fridge, has a balcony.
i was told that they offered to let us use the wifi and phones if we needed because the internet was out and when i asked the use the phone the woman said "there's a phone in the room" and i told her i wasn't staying there i was at the FH and they told us we could use the resources here she said "this phone is for people staying here only"
Cons: Wifi qualify is lacking. Room cleaning won't change towels or bedding, even if you're there for more than a week. Only 1 washer/dryer on each floor. Very few outlets. A few bugs sighted in the bathroom.
For the price, I would not rent here again not worth it.
Negatives: Dated, mold in rooms, leaking sinks, not wheelchair accessible, the free breakfast is a joke, old cereal and bread, Some rooms dont have internet, some room layouts are crappy, not good for families pcsing.
Pros: Very close to TAMC. Scenic views. Parking is free. Staff are pretty nice. Rooms are big! Fairly quiet.
T.V. and computer access. Free internet. Free Continental breakfast. Free dinner once a week.
